The INELYS Group,
Purpose-driven company

Concrete commitments for a more sustainable and inclusive economy

Since 2023, INELYS has been a mission-driven company.

This status reflects a strong commitment: to permanently integrate into our model the pursuit of economic performance compatible with our social and environmental utility.

INELYS International is fully part of this dynamic driven by the Group, with the desire to combine expertise, responsibility and support for the transformations of tomorrow.

A reason for being that unites us

And who guides our decisions

Our purpose reflects the values that structure the INELYS project: solidarity, positive impact, and collective benefit. It provides a common direction for guiding our decisions and evolving how we support businesses.

“Facilitating the transition to a greener and more inclusive economy by supporting our clients in their eco-friendly approach, respecting planetary boundaries […] and in transforming their practices and business models.”

Nicolas PRIEST - President of the INELYS Group

Our ambition is therefore to actively participate in the transformation of the economic fabric by putting our expertise at the service of more sustainable, responsible and meaningful models.

Three key areas to turn our commitments into reality

Taking action for a sustainable economic transformation

Supporting the transition first requires a better understanding of social and environmental issues, and then integrating them into business decisions and practices.

We therefore seek to promote awareness and action among all of our stakeholders.

In concrete terms:

  • raise awareness among our customers and partners;

  • supporting companies in their transformation;

  • to train and involve our employees.

Advancing a more inclusive business model

Our approach also concerns our own operations. We are evolving our governance and practices to better integrate the expectations and contributions of our various stakeholders.

The objective: to promote dialogue, transparency and participation in the construction of our model.

In concrete terms:

  • strengthen employee participation;

  • to involve clients and partners in a dynamic of continuous improvement;

  • to support projects with social utility.

Reduce our environmental impact

Our commitment also involves a better understanding of our own impacts and the implementation of actions to reduce them.

We are working to evolve our internal practices while encouraging our stakeholders to also move towards more responsible models.

In concrete terms:

  • measure our impact and reduce emissions related to our activity;

  • raising awareness among employees about responsible practices;

  • supporting our clients in their environmental transition.

Our mission committee

Guarantor of our commitments

Being a mission-driven company also means measuring progress and ensuring that decisions remain consistent with defined objectives.

To achieve this, INELYS relies on a mission committee composed of six members from complementary professions and areas of expertise. It meets three times a year to monitor the implementation of the mission and to produce a dedicated report.

This diversity of profiles allows us to cross-reference perspectives and ensure cross-cutting monitoring of our social and environmental objectives.

Our mission reports

Measure, share, progress

Each year, the mission committee reports on the progress of the process, the actions taken and the progress still to be made.

This transparency allows our employees, customers and partners to concretely follow our commitments and their implementation over time.
