Management of personal data protection
Protect your data in France and internationally
The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) governs the collection, use, and protection of personal data within organizations. Its implementation requires a precise understanding of data processing activities, documentation of practices, and ongoing compliance.
INELYS International supports you in analyzing your processes, bringing your organization into compliance and monitoring your obligations, with the support of AFNOR-certified staff.
Our GDPR-related missions
From diagnosis to monitoring your compliance
Diagnosis of your practices
We begin by analyzing existing processes and data flows to identify current practices and potential areas for improvement. This step may include reviewing processes and examining existing records.
outsourced DPO
You can entrust all or part of the Data Protection Officer (DPO) function to our teams, either on an ongoing basis or for an annual engagement. We then act as the point of contact for your organization and the relevant supervisory authority on all data protection matters, including requests to exercise rights, review of subcontracting agreements, privacy notices, and data breach management. This service is provided by our AFNOR-certified staff.
GDPR Compliance
Our teams support you in structuring your approach: review of flows, creation of the processing register, mapping, impact analyses, consistency check, creation of a documentary media library and identification of actions to be taken.
We can also assist you in implementing the identified actions in order to gradually evolve your practices and your organization.
Assistance in case of inspection
In the event of an audit, our teams can support your management, conduct customized audits and help you structure the governance necessary to monitor your compliance, in particular through the implementation of a governance matrix adapted to your organization.
Cybersecurity and data protection
GDPR compliance is closely linked to securing data and the systems that host it. Depending on the identified needs, our support can be supplemented by a cybersecurity risk analysis: cyber risk assessment, penetration testing, and identification of anticipated changes.

The GDPR on an international scale
The GDPR provides a European framework for the protection of personal data. For companies operating in multiple countries or belonging to an international group, its implementation therefore requires a clear understanding of data processing, responsibilities, and data flows.
Our support helps to structure this approach while facilitating communication between the various stakeholders in the organization.
